About 2 weeks ago now on Saturday, I met up with Justin {Buckelew} at a sand wash down by highway 85 near Phoenix to go do some riding. Austin Burns, one of the kids Justin trains on a regular basis, was there as well and all 3 of us had a great time! We couldn't have asked for a better day to go riding in the desert, after the rains the dirt was simply awesome! It was the first time I met Austin, an fast upcoming amateur rider and a nice 15 years old kid as well, and we had fun riding together. You can visit his website at www.burnsracing141.com.
Austin's dad was there as well, and lucky me, he had a brand new Canon EOS 40D camera as well as a very nice 100-400 f/4 - 5.0 L series lens mounted on it! He shot a few photos of myself railing some nice sand burms, which you can see here! I then took over for him, when I decided I have had enough riding after 2 hours of trail riding and cliff jumping, and spent the next hour shooting Justin and mostly Austin railing some nice burms and doing motos on a 1 lane track with amazing ruts and heavenly ruts....i hope you enjoy the photos!

An experienced group of motorcycle racing competition and operations professionals have been hired by AMA Pro Racing President Roger Edmondson to join the organization's new headquarters operation in Daytona Beach. The veteran group brings more than a century of combined motorcycle competition and operations experience to AMA Pro and includes several professionals that have already taken their positions on the management team and day-to-day operations staff headquartered in Daytona Beach.

LAS VEGAS (October 11, 2008) – MX Sports, now in charge of the AMA Toyota Motocross Championship presented by FMF, announced today the 2009 U.S. championship racing schedule. The AMA Toyota Motocross Championship, which began in 1972, will commence on Memorial Day Weekend with the Glen Helen National event in San Bernardino, Calif., on May 23, 2009. The 12-round championship schedule will run throughout the summer, culminating with the Steel City National near Pittsburgh, Pa. on September 5, as part of the Labor Day weekend holiday.

 Photos of myself riding - New photos added today (11.12.08)
It had been over 5 month since the last time I turned a few laps on a track or rode a bike at all, until I finally got off my lazy butt and decided to go do some jumping at Speedworld mx park in Surprise, AZ! Although I did more riding then jumping around, I have a lot more photos from me jumping the small freestyle ramp and having tons of fun...
