Denver was the week after Emig got lucky in St Louis and broke MC's streak. I have that whole season on tape. I remember predicting that Jeremy was going to go out and make a statement in that race.

The guy commentating on the '86 Anaheim video is Greg Barbacovi. He did the announcing at LACR when I was racing there every weekend as a little guy. I don't know if he still does that, but man that's a big step down from doing supercross to doing local races.

Also, McGrath looks so good in the first vid. I remember watching those races and being in awe of him. His bike was sick, his gear was sick, his style was amazing. Just so awesome to watch.

I think Greg died several years ago. I could be wrong though.

I think he's still around. Jeff Barbacovi died at LACR in I think 1995 in a crash, so the main track is called the JB track in his memory. You might be thinking of him.
