YouTube - iBreath Personal Alcohol Breathalyzer Tester for iPod & iPhone=

Introducing the iBreath Alcohol Breathalyzer. It's the ultimate iPod accessory that lets you take your own alcohol breath test so you can get home safely.
Hollywood's A-listers have been among the first to purchase the newly available gadget to insure that their mug shot is not the next one to grace the tabloids and news reports.
Not only can this cool gizmo save you from career-ending embarrassment, it can potentially save you thousands of dollars in legal fees and jail time. And if keeping you safe and out of the jail isn't enough, this clever & innovative breathalyzer doubles as an iPod FM transmitter that transmits your iPod tunes to any FM tuner.
Just fold out the blow wand and exhale into it for at least 5 seconds. 2 seconds later, this amazing tool let's you know if you're within the legal limit to drive. It even houses a timer that can be set from 1 minute up to 8 hours in order to remind you when it's time for the next test.
With the National Center for Injury and Prevention Control reporting that alcohol-related motor vehicle accidents kill someone every 31 minutes, and injures someone every two minutes in the U.S., the need for safety devices including breathalyzers has never been stronger.

Misconception.

Some states have a DWAI law. Driving while ability impaired which is usually set at .5 BAC.

.5 BAC for most people is usually a little over three beers. Most people would be perfectly fine driving at that point so the real risk comes from the chance of being pulled over.

I could even make the argument that many people are fine driving at .08. But everyone here for sure knows someone that sips a minimal amount of pops and is destroyed at that point.

People would be surprised to see how high their BAC is after just one drink, the biggest factor is time. 3 drinks in 1.5hrs could put you at risk. If I drive I don't drink at all Ca's DUI laws are too expensive f**** that. I would rather spend $100 on a cab to and fro than triple my car insurance rates.

So you drink one beer at home and you don't leave the entire day.

That's not reasonable. That's why this thing is perfect.

really if you drink 2 tall beers, say at dinner within about an hour you would be over the .05 mark. you wouldnt even feel it, but you would be past a dwai limit. if you have that thing you could test yourself, and if you have to you can wait and shill a bit before hopping in the car.

Well the thing is that WA is a no tolerance state. Even if you are below the limit they can issue a DUI or a neg driving.

How do i know? I have a wet neg....
