Just a couple of questions about the old ronronmx.com

1. What was the deal with the old board? Was it hacked by bigglesworth or something?
2. How long has this new board been going? I see some people signed up to this new board earlier than I would've thought this new board was going.
3. Are people going to talk about MX and post pictars of themselves riding (come back MotoX) without being creeps or is it just going to turn into...well, ronronmx.com again?
4. Why is there only a few forums? Are there secret forums? Where are the secret forums?
5.Why do you hate Chad Reed? He seems cool and chooses his words wisely when he speaks (insert 10 page thread here) :smiley:.

1. The old board (rather the server it was on) was being shutdown and there was no need move it with this one set to go live so soon.

2. The new board has been going through trial runs and tests to evolve it into what it is now. It would have been difficult to test new features with large amounts of users posting.

3. People will be able to post pics (hosted from there own gallerys :clap:) and keep blogs and all kinds of other cool stuff. In addition to the new user features there are new features for the admins and mods to keep this place cool and fun for everyone but like every other board its up to YOU to make this place rock :rockon:

4. No secret forums, no need for a bazillion forums right now, the user galleries and other options kind of negate the need for media forums.

5. He's foreign, talks with an accent, and scores with the ladies.

These boards should kick ass! I have spoken to Ronron at length about how he wants this place to be friendly to all who choose to participate. That is why alll users are required to review the forum rules before posting. Ronron is adament about enforcing those rules. The board will not have the old hardcore poster attacks, racism, and porn. That is not what Stephane wants his name to represent. We have spent a great deal of time putting in several new features for the forums to make it easier and more enjoyable. I will be trying to get a thread together which lists all the new features and how to use them. There are many that most users are unaware of.

This board will be 1000 times better than the old one! :thumbsup:

If you have any recommendations or features you think would be useful to implement, send me a pm. If they are available, I am usually able to get them installed quickly. :-D

Yea this place will be cool, but a lot different then the old place. No free for all like the old forum. The rules will be enforced. (Not to sound like a Nazi Admin here) It's no secret Ronron wasn't happy with the old place. I mean shoot, he has more posts here then he did at the old place, so what does that tell you? haha

If we loose people because they don't want to follow the rules, well then oh well.

Right now you can click teh All Albums link to look at people's photo albums. Other than that, you will have to wait till the main part of the site is finished and there will be a much larger photo gallery and video gallery.
