Josh Grant Out for Glen Helen

Racer X has learned that GEICO Powersports' Honda's Josh Grant will sit out the opening round of the 2008 AMA Toyota Motocross Championships at Glen Helen Raceway this weekend as a result of the concussion he received during practice at the Las Vegas SX. Grant crashed in a rhythm section and was landed on by another rider, resulting in his sitting out the East/West Shootout later that evening. He is hoping to ride the Hangtown National, Round 2 of the series, but doesn't feel fit to ride yet. Stay tuned for more details as the race approaches.

But I think, and please correct me if im wrong, MDK KTM 450 is a factory team, but does KTM have their own lites team? If not, Goerke will need to be changed.

According to the KTM team guide here at work, There is a KTM/MDK team with Wey and Davalos and a KTM/MDK lites team with everyone else. Since there in this book, I would guess they are factory.

Yeah Gracky is NOT a privatter, JGR=factory team.
If your privateer rider gets signed to a factory team, It would be too dificult to start moving points around and changing teams, so their points will continue, props to someone for choosing a privateer that gets signed on to bigger and better things.
Yes, you get all points for the bonus rider. The reason I did this was because almost everyone lost all points during SX because Stewie got hurt. This way if you lose a rider you still stand a chance by having your privateer have a breakout year.

Annnnnnnnnnnd Im remembering why nationals blow. Devin, could you please tell me what site youre using to get the results and points. Finding a site that has every riders points is a pain in the rectum. Obviously you know where to look, help a brotha put!

Otter is right for the most part, but his team list isnt accurate. So if I know where to get the results we can have the right points for everyone before round 2.
