There's nothing wrong with being in your early 30's. Your supply of women is still from the best age group out there. Even into your mid 30's you're fine. If you look at women in their lat 30's, most are not very scrumptious. Being 40 now, I can choose from women in their early 30's but the 20's are pretty much out. Jim, I have to disagree. A young(ish) -looking felliow like yourself could still easily pull chicks in their 20s if you want. Just look for the ones who are looking to secure their financial futures via leg spreading exercises. Of course, you have to deal with the added drama that another 10 years will wash away.

Second 19th birthday is pretty close to your second 20th so don't try to alienate yourself from the old timers crew. Demon, do you have a house yet or is the market down there too screwy for that? I'm not busting your balls. You turning 30 this year just reminded me of an old goal that I met. I wanted to buy a house by the time I was 30. I've been in my house now for 10 years and 3 months. Yeah, I barely made it. A lot of that is being lucky with the market. NOW'S THE TIME FOLKS. Get a house now if you can. My friend just bought a house with a 5% flat interest rate and I hear you can do better than that.
