2XL Games has posted an exciting video of their upcoming off-road motorcycle racer 2XL SuperCross.

2XL Supercross was built from the ground up to push the graphics and physics potential of the iPhone and iPod Touch to the max. The game was created by the designers of Motocross Madness, ATV Offroad Fury and MX Unleashed.

Motorcycle racers haven't been well represented in the App Store, and this upcoming release looks particularly impressive. The 1.0 version of the game has reportedly been submitted to the App Store and so should appear in the next week or so.

According to a forum post by one of the developers, the game will include 15 different bikes to chose from with 15 different skins and 15 different rider skins. There are 12 different tracks, including a freestyle level. The game will be priced at $7.99.

Man I just watched the video for the first time and it looks sweet. I can't believe how capable the I Phone is.

Very good SX games !!! Since MX vs ATV Unleashed on PC, it's the best SX game.
I just hope that we could quickly add other tracks (by update for officials news tracks or as MX vs ATV by SX users tracks), that we could put more opponent, and that we could play inline (wifi or 3G)

With this, it will be the best games of SX !!!

Man the game freaking rocks. I can't believe you guys made a game this good for the I Phone! You guys have to make a MX / SX Game for PS3 / X BOX 360 OR PC. I can't even imagine how great it would be. Good work and keep up the great job!!!

definitely takes practice and overcoming frustration to be decent at the game.. for console games, i feel like anybody can be good at them with little practice. This game, however, takes a good bit of practice to get used to the turning tilt. I finally unlocked all of the tracks today after a good 5 days of playing it :nuts:

graphics are sick.. not really into games for my iPhone, but I had to buy this. I think I've already gotten my $8 out of it. The one thing that stinks is that it's not a game that is easily played during a lecture... I have to play it with the phone in front of my face and making tight steering gestures.

Overall, after the learning curve, I'd give it a 5 star

Thanks man... I tried it like that when I first got it and it seemed almost harder than the tilting. Maybe I'll give it another try.

wow, i changed the camera to first person with teh bars, and i've been having such a blast playing it. The tilt functionality is so much more intuitive that way. Ronron, congrats to all you guys at 2xl, this game is ****ing awesome.

Hello Ronron, good work for 2XL Supercross, it's a fun & beautiful game. In fact I've just tried Lite Version, because I haven't personnaly an iPhone or iTouch.
Can we hope to see 2XL Supercross on Playstation Store for PSP & PS3 soon ?
