How far of a drive is it for you to get to Jackson? Somebody opened up a donation track right down the road from me. You should come check it out. We did a ton of work to it last weekend. It's about 1.5 miles long with plenty of jumps, and it's pretty safe.

Anyone else live in Michigan around here? I know Odeezie does, but he's too old to ride.

Well I'll be there Saturday (#11 KTM). The track is great because the guy who maintains it is laid off and hates his wife.

The track is pretty nice for a private donation track. He keeps it well groomed, and has watering on site if needed. He takes $20 for all day on the weekends, and $10 for evening during the week.
Here's the stats:
1 - The track is pretty much all sand, but there are patches of really loose sand and patches of hard packed sand.
2 - It's about 1.5 miles long, and 85% of it is turns and obstacles (so there isn't much boring straightaway stuff).
3 - There are 17 different jumps (50' doubles x 3, 65' tabletop, step-down x 2, step-up x 2, small doubles x 9). One section of small doubles is a rhythm section with 2 different lines that potentially has a triple jump for very good, gutsy riders.
4 - There a short set of whoops that really aren't that difficult. The guy put the whoops right between two tight turns so it makes them a little tougher to run through fast, but there's only 8 of them.
