Help Center Feature

I have just installed a new Help Center feature which you can find in the navbar next to your UserCP link. The Help Center is a support ticket system made for vBulletin. It allows users to submit problem tickets for anything that is wrong with the site. It also allows the Admins and Mods to manage your questions much easier, saving us the hassle of going through emails and private messages which may get deleted, burried, and forgotten about.

Since the site is so new, you may experience some problems. Many of you are reporting these problems to Ronron, Jarid, or myself. You no longer need to PM or e-mail us with the information. Simply go to the help center, fill out a ticket, and your problem will be forwarded to us and placed in the Support forum for the Admins and Mods to address.

Please try to be as accurate as possible with your description of the problem.

You can make these support tickets public or private. The support feature is also to be used if you are requesting a username change.


The Support Ticket forum is not to be posted in unless you are replying to a ticket which is already there.

Umm, i got this:
tobz173, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

was just trying to submit a ticket for this error i recieved when creating a thread

Where you creating a tkt or posting in the help center forum?

The help center forum is just for the mods to view tkts the tkts are generated like this

1.Click on the help center button

was posting a thead in the MX section. i was getting the permission error when i tried clicking support centre.

Deez may have to do something, maybe install the Aussie-US conversion accelerator which takes your posts and flips them right side up before they enter the American intrawebnet.

Yeah, sorry tobz, I overlooked the fact that when you become a donor it automatically changes your usergroup to RonRonMX Donors. I did not have permissions set up for the Donor usergroup. :embarrassed:


Instead of whining in this thread you should have just opened a ticket.....:azz::-P:lol::thumbsup:
