I have just installed a new Help Center feature which you can find in the navbar next to your UserCP link. The Help Center is a support ticket system made for vBulletin. It allows users to submit problem tickets for anything that is wrong with the site. It also allows the Admins and Mods to manage your questions much easier, saving us the hassle of going through emails and private messages which may get deleted, burried, and forgotten about.
Since the site is so new, you may experience some problems. Many of you are reporting these problems to Ronron, Jarid, or myself. You no longer need to PM or e-mail us with the information. Simply go to the help center, fill out a ticket, and your problem will be forwarded to us and placed in the Support forum for the Admins and Mods to address.
Please try to be as accurate as possible with your description of the problem.
You can make these support tickets public or private. The support feature is also to be used if you are requesting a username change.
The Support Ticket forum is not to be posted in unless you are replying to a ticket which is already there.
