It sprinkled a little today at the track. I went 1-1 in the 450 pro class somehow, holeshot and ran the hell away first moto, started second in the second moto and did the same. It POURED from around 3pm to 6pm on the way home and for a while after I got home (40min from GH).

Thanks guys, the AMA can't seem to give me a straight answer but if today was worth Pro-Am points toward my license like tomorrow is supposed to be, I already have my AMA license for '09. Like I said though, they can't give me a straight answer .
Supermini was today but I didn't watch it, 85s are tomorrow. Probably not going to watch Saturday but I'll be there Sunday. Not too far of a drive, but gas is rediculous...

Today was a total mudbog, think Daytona SX. All you could see besides water was the face of every jump or hill. They cancelled the second motos and decided to do one 4 lap moto for every class. I got a bad start, and lost my goggles 3 turns into the race. Caught up to 5th by the white flag lap... but crashed a few turns from the finish and got stuck under my bike for a while halfway up Yamaha Hill. Finished 12th :frown:.
It was hard enough just getting through the pits let alone racing, I literally saw 2 people crash on their bikes trying to get from their truck to the starting line. Walking to and from anywhere was... retarded, if you were in the day parking area.
This weekend is definitely going to be interesting. I won't be there tomorrow but I'll be there Sunday rain or shine.

Could be anyone's race now!
Mechanical problems and DNF's could affect the championship.

The second picture is pretty much what the track looked like, throw in some ruts jumps and hills here and there. That picture is taken from the day parking area, that's the kind of stuff they made us park in. Part of the parking area was up a little higher so the drainage didn't run into it but not everyone was lucky enough to be in that area.
Actually, I believe these pictures, .:: Breaking News ::. (http://www.racerxill.com/breakingnews/article/5393/glen-helen-mudder.aspx), are from the end of PRACTICE, before it got "bad."

Speed sees no value in motorcycle racing because they're too busy jerking off to a bunch of guys drive around in a circle for three hours.

Speed shows more Pinks then anything else, however understand that Motocross, NHRA, and other motorsports other than NASCAR and F1 pay to be on t.v. so if you want better time slots b*tch to the people that produce the outdoor nats not Speed. I tell you right now though they couldn't afford live coverage and it wouldn't work anyway because there si too much down time. Thats why you might see one moto formats :8/
