Our yamaha blaster has another carb problem. To cold start, you have to use heavy choke (this thing would start with none before), and once it goes, the low end of the revs gives the "wah" sound upon throttle crack, like it's lean. Then, in any gear when you are braking and letting the revs god down on their own, the wah sound comes back again, and it will stall if you let it. Rolling or not. Will not idle, tried the air screw, and it won't do a thing.
This would lead me to a bad pilot circuit, but once you get past the initial throttle crack, the power is just fine low to mid. So I'm thinking air leak, but everything is tight, can't find any source (cases don't leak either, checked them). So...what do you guys think?
