Ill be honest with you, I usually think Michael Moore is one of the most skewed people in the world politically, but this is a movie that actually appears to me a straight forward look at what actually happened to our money.

If that sort of thing interests you...check out this article written by a genius economist, Hyman Minsky, on why capitalism fails:

Why capitalism fails - The Boston Globe (http://www.boston.com/bostonglobe/ideas/articles/2009/09/13/why_capitalism_fails/?page=1)

capitalism without failure is like religion without sin. You can't have one without the other. The BEST part about capitalism is that you can completely control where you go economically speaking. You are not dependent on anyone except your own self. GOD BLESS AMERICA AS IT IS. F*CK michael moore

Oh okay dip****s, Godbless TARP, Gov bailouts, and corporate welfare oh yeah thats real free market capatalism there. What a buncha horsesh*t, wall street is all about free market economics when it comes to regulation but has no qualms about accept fed money until they're told how they can spend it.

If you guys want a pure capitalist system there's a few tribes in Africa that use it. I'd be happy to make the travel arrangements for you.

I agree, Michael Moore is a multi millionair. I don't think he has to worry about any of the issues he does his movies on at all. I think his movies are good to an extent, he asks questions that people aren't willing to ask and gets people thinking, but he doesn't present any answers or solutions which means everything in his movies are subjective. I dissagree with people that try to make a Profit off of "Truth" material. It should be a good movie though, where is our money going? Why are we in this economical downfall? Ehh, the world may never know.

People act like people with money can't understand the concerns of people without money. Anybody with a brain would understand the troubles that plague them. And we already know why we are in this economical downfall. We just didn't think it would happen.

The concept of even making a movie and selling it to people is Capitolistic. And fatty Mc Fatty is against this or has a problem with it? I would not pay for a movie ticket to support that mans eating habits.

I don't think his point is that capitalism sucks, but just our version and way companies use it does.

Saw the movie tonight and thought it was great. I know you have to take everything presented to you with a grain of salt but it was very thought provoking and just made me wonder how much longer we are going to stay on our knees pleasing the rich. If you don't want to see that movie thats cool but I would recommend it. I think it is time America realizes we aren't what we once were

Your attitude of "Staying on our knees pleasing the rich" is the entire problem. People in the past would try to figure out how a rich person got rich and copy it. Now everyone looks at them as though they did something wrong. Why not try to find out what they have done to get where they are and follow their steps.

Most obscenely rich people got their by being dishonest and ****ing people over. And it's much easier said than done to just copy how some people got rich.

Most success involves an incredible amount of luck and circumstance. Also I think he meant it more about rules and regulations should be set to help the people not the companies.

Eighttwelve almost had it spot on. I am just wondering when the guy in Indiana just got a foreclosure notice on his farm and begins to ask why the rules and regulations favor the business over the people because America's government was set up to support and protect the people.

The United States is setup like one giant Pyramid/Ponzi scheme. United States of Amway. Those who constantly defend the rules and regulations that are in place to protect the wealthy are in the lower rung of the pyramid, and they want those rules protected because at the annual meeting they were told if they campaigned hard enough for those at the top, if they faithfully purchased the toilet paper, soap, and other household cleaners from themselves, and held just two more recruitment meetings per month, and got 5 people working under them, who would in turn have 5 under them, and so on...that they would be breaking into the top of the pyramid within a few years. All they have to do is buy the motivational tapes and attend the $150 per plate seminars that the top guys are peddaling, and you will make it son! One day you will be at the top.
