View Full Version : 360 Wireless Adapter

We finally got wireless internet so I'm not forced to purchase a wireless adapter for my 360 in order to enjoy its greatness.

That being said, what's the difference between these 2 adapters?

At first, I thought the top adapter was for the original Xbox since it doesn't say "360" on it, but on ebay they have them and they're labeled as Xbox 360 Wireless Adapters.. so I was j/w.

It looks to me like the first one is for the old xbox too.
I would just get the second 360 looking one.

I looked once and they were like 35-40 on ebay but that was awhile ago.

hmmn might have to get one, ive got a ethernet cable running from my room to the loungeroom.

just because you have a wireless router doesn't mean you can't still use an ethernet cable.

Unless the distance is too far from the router to your xbox I guess.

I realise that. it just looks ugly running a thick red cable from one side of my house to the other. I find the ethernet cable a bit more stable and faster though.

Yea I agree.

Thats why I made sure to have mine installed next to my xbox. My computer is hooked up to my tv too and I have a wireless router for my laptop.

They should lower the prices of those damn things though.

On Amazon, they're $77 brand new. And of course on ebay they can run even cheaper.
