Doing a few google searches I get the idea they are pretty popular when it comes to job interviews. Any of you ever done one? Anyone ever fail one and get it right later?

Fill in the blanks. That one is pretty easy but you get the idea. Does anyone have any advice for doing them? Did one a couple weeks back, was shown afterward why I failed, and see the logic in it and how far off I was in the beginning, but it's hard to gauge if I'm getting any better without getting some examples thrown at me. Anyone want to do me a favor and give me some (legit) examples? There's a cookie in it for you...
