I desperately need to get my Tech 10's resoled. One of the boots is worn through to the white, the other is all the way through to the harder sole, and almost to the white. (Basically they're both past the point where I could just replace the mid sole (even though I have a set of replacement mid soles... I just never got around to doing it (I'm regretting that now))). :boohoo:
I was thinking of sending them out to this place. http://www.factoryresole.com/ The thing is though, it's $125 to get it done. BUT they put on Sidi soles (helluva lot better than A Stars soles).
Have you guys ever had to resole your boots? More importantly, resole Tech 10's?? Did you just send them off to Alpinestars or find some place what would do it? :shrug:
ps. I'm too broke to buy new boots, plus the boots themselves are fine. Well except the busted buckle... but I have a spare!! And a riveter. So I can fix that up in a jiffy.
