so it seems that everyone that races has a nice fancy camera. anyone here do any other photography?

There are a handful of members here that shoot things besides mx. Thor, RMan, Cobra & YamahaRacin27 are a few that I can think of off the top of my head. I'm sure the others will chime in as well.

I shoot the occasional wedding(which I hate to shoot), but besides motocross, I shoot a lot of auto racing and quite a bit of product shots.
I do shoot everyday surroundings and landscapes as well.

I wouldn't call my camera fancy(Canon 20D), but it gets the job done quite well for me.

I've been doing portraits, a wedding or too (which is hell), food (my friend is a chef), landscapes, business photos (for websites, and I'll shoot any sporting event I go to. It's good fun.

And I'll be going to school for photography in the fall because I'm not good at or interested in much else, school-wise. :lol: I can't wait for studio shooting with 4x5's and Hassy's. :-D

I just shoot for ****s and giggles. But I do take a photography class and I am given specific assignments. On my own I take pics of anything that I think is cool looking.
