Hey does anyone run those pillowed grips made by Pro Taper(?) ? How do they feel, grip, and hold up? thanks
They are really soft and comfortable. The actual grip wheres down pretty quick, but the barends hold up really good.
If you get them it probaly would be a good idea to not use air when putting them on, because when I put mine on it blew up like a balloon and almost popped.
thicker than usual, but you get used to it. I like em.

renthal kevlar grips is where its at. They last forever and they are so tacky and comfy. You won't be disappointed
No way...Ive had like 6 pairs of those and they all sucked. They got worn out really quick and the bar end part constantly ripped.
Pro taper all the way
Well...I do ride 4-5 times a week so that might where out a pair of grips quicker then normal

It is either between the pillowed grips or the kevlar ones... I'll just decide tomorrow at the shop, i guess. Thanks guys

The Renthal kevlar seems to hold up the best for us. Jordan likes the grip and I like the fact I am not replacing them as often

The kevlar grips seem to just get better with time, i think. When they start to wear a little bit they get super tacky.

I cant run anything besides renthal kevlars. It seems like the Pro taper grips would be like holding onto a roll of T.P. soft but way too big, arm pump for sure.

My friend and myself have had kevlars and they've worn out extremely fast.
