I'm just trying to see if it would be worth it to have a section dedicated to working out and training. Not just like for motocross, any exercise for general health/strength, as well as nutrition, etc. I thought maybe some of you might be interested.

I'm a lazy turd. Should start doing something, though. My stamina is my main issue in motocross. I can do a few laps all out at a pretty decent pace and then I run out of steam.

But yeah, good idea, Zach.

I've hittin the gym quite a bit lately, but I'm not all super into it and have everything broken down into a schedule and I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to that type of stuff. I think it'd be a good idea to have an official exercise thread though.

I love to hit the gym and I am in the process of making myself a workout room in my basement.
I just havnt had time to anything in forever. Class ends for me in 2 weeks, so I will have much more time.

If you guys wanna do this i'd be happy to be in charge of moderating it and whatever else, helping you guys out with nutrition and exercise, etc. My mom's a certified nutritionist and personal trainer, which equates to me being pretty knowledgeable. If I can't answer your question or help you, i can certainly get the answers from her.

I run a tad and use my uncles workout room. Nothing much.

But it would be sweet to have a separate section. What was the name of the MX trainer that used to post here?

I think that would be sweet! For my training I do some lifting and try to go as fast as I can for as long as I can. I def need to improve my nutrition.

I should get the o.k. from my doctor to start riding bikes again in a few days so my plan is to try and road bike as much as possible to get back in shape. So Ive been looking into gear and stuff for that. Anyone have any links to good deals?

i really need to start training hard so i can get the results i know i can get. (racing wise, duh)

i suck at road bikes, and running.
i cant ride a road bike for half a mile before i get tired as hell..

yet i can do a hard moto for 30 minutes and not get tired at all:-/(on a dirtbike)

i work out/run about 4 times a week. ill either go for a 3 mile run or do the eliptical/treadmill and a few weights, depending on how i feel. i wish i could run everyday like i used to but my knees just dont wanna cooperate as much anymore.

I know a few things about dieting and training, I could help you out. But you would have to send me some pics of you, perfurably in a thong type bikini, so I could advise you as to what muscle groups you need to work on. The pictures will be used in a completely profesional manner of course.

I vote for a training section too.

I was heavily involved in weight lifting a few years ago and Im trying to get back into it.

Both parents were body builders and they competed all the time so I learned a good amount that I can share.

I am quite the fan of my road bike. And I just started a 6 week workout program that will hopefully make my already sexy body even sexier.

I would love to see a training section here. Before I broke my wrist, I was in the gym all the time. Hopefully, I will be able to get back in there by the beginning of July.
