Has anyone been watching?

This is the 4th year I've watched and I'm hooked. It's a little discouraging with all the doping stuff but stll interesting to follow.

Its especially nice with American Christian Vandevelde from the USA as a contender this year. He's on the Garmin Chipotle team from Colorado.

I watch it here it there. William Frischkorn on the Garmin team grew up right down the road from me so hopefully he ends up pretty good. Im not sure where hes sitting in the overall standings right now though.

What's the big deal about doping? I was looking at all the American team's web pages and they all had huge sections bout anti-doping.

It's like running a big bore in MX.

I don't know how you can have any kind of self fullfilment from cheating. Demon's right, La Tour has been boring as **** since Lance retired. I'd rather just look at the results than sit and watch people bike. With Lance gone I have nobody to root for anyways.

I have to kind of change my statement I watched it yesterday and found a new reason to watch. The country side, the Italian and French countryside was amazing what a backdrop.

Do they present it in HD?

Lance doped to.

I pull for the American teams and riders. Pretty easy to follow.

Just watched about 20 mins before heading upstairs for bed and they are riding in some mountainous part and the landscape and views from the chopper were amazing!

Yeah the little bit I watched it, the commentators were saying that most people that watch their coverage of the race watch it just as much to see the countryside as they do to see the riders.

I have the garmin/chipotle blue and orange argyle arm warmers like Vandervelde in that domestique commercial. You know you want some.

The team Astana deal is a huge blow... telling last year's 1st and 3rd finishers that they can't race is BS. It's almost similar to how we in MX have organizations that fight each other, but keeping these guys out of the Tour is pretty unfortunate/disappointing/etc.

Yeah I was excited to see Levi Leipheimer give it another go this year.
